Zafira provides reliable nationwide delivery services across all seven Emirates within the United Arab Emirates.

Coverage & Courier Services

We dispatch and deliver parcels across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah using premium local logistics providers.

Shipping Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are processed and delivered within 2 to 4 business days following order confirmation.

  • Remote Area Deliveries: Western region locations or non-urban zones may require 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GST) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or UAE Public Holidays will be processed on the next official business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Flat shipping rate of AED 15 applied to orders delivered anywhere in the UAE.

  • Free Delivery Threshold: Orders with a total value equal to or exceeding AED 200 qualify for FREE Delivery nationwide.

Payment Methods at Delivery

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all UAE locations. Customers must pay the exact total invoice amount in UAE Dirhams (AED) to the courier agent at the time of delivery.

  • Card on Delivery / Prepaid Payments: Digital card payments accepted online or via contactless payment links where applicable.

Order Tracking & Delivery Protocol

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a automated SMS containing your order tracking details and courier airway bill number.

  • Courier drivers will call or send a text message prior to arrival to confirm location availability.

  • Up to 2 delivery attempts will be made. If an order remains uncollected after repeated attempts or incorrect address details, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and re-delivery charges will apply.
