General Terms

Welcome to Zafira. By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on our store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, alongside our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and customers residing in or purchasing within the United Arab Emirates.

Account & Store Rules

  • You must be at least 18 years of age or accessing the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your personal details, delivery addresses, and phone numbers submitted during checkout.

  • You agree not to misuse the website, introduce malicious software, perform unauthorized scraping, or violate any UAE cybercrime regulations.

Product Availability & Accuracy

  • We strive to present true colors, high-resolution imagery, detailed descriptions, and sizing measurements for all clothing items. However, slight variations in shade may occur due to display monitor settings and digital rendering.

  • Product availability is subject to real-time stock levels. In the event an item becomes out of stock after order submission, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue an immediate notice and refund/credit.

Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed on Zafira are denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

  • Prices are inclusive or exclusive of 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) as per UAE Federal Tax Authority rules, clearly displayed on the invoice checkout page.

  • We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue promotions, or adjust shipping rates at any time without prior notification.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • The receipt of an automated order confirmation does not signify final order acceptance. Zafira reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit order quantities for reason of stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Customers may cancel an order free of charge prior to parcel dispatch by contacting customer service directly. Once an order is handed over to the courier, standard return terms will apply.

Intellectual Property Rights

All visual assets, garment photography, branding elements, typography, catalog content, logos, and digital designs displayed on Zafira are the sole intellectual property of Zafira. Unauthorized duplication, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any material without written authorization is strictly prohibited under UAE copyright laws.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the applicable Emirate. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with purchases made on Zafira shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the United Arab Emirates.
